Shipping & Return Policy

Regular Delivery
Delivery of in-stock items normally takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Because of the great disparity in carrier charges and surcharges for large or bulky items and fuel, costs can not be generalized. Therefore it is our policy to protect you from these often changing charges. For orders placed through our web store, shipping and handling charges will not be added to any order totaling $100 or more. A nominal charge of $10 will be added to any order below $100; only to the contiguous 48 United States.

Furniture / Oversized Items
Furniture and extra-heavy items usually require an additional 6 to 10 weeks for custom construction and delivery. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of order.

Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange or refund for items returned in saleable condition within 10 days after arrival. Your refund or exchange does not include your return shipping charges or 15% restocking fee (which will be waived for orders returned for exchange or store credit only.) Personalized or Special order items cannot be canceled or returned.

Shipping Errors & Damages
Please call 251-990-3226 or email sales@LukeEdward.com before the end of the next business day after arrival to report an error or damage. Please have all necessary information regarding the order, and a description of the error or damage. We will help you with the next steps for a return or exchange.

While we strive for accurate color reproduction within our catalogues and web site, slight variations may occur.

SALES TAX
Sales Tax of 9.5% will be applied to any order delivered within the state of Alabama.
