Regular Delivery
We do not pick up or deliver merchandise. For large pieces we can provide you with the contact information for a local moving service. Any item which you cannot conveniently carry from the store when purchased will be taken to our loading bay. You may collect it there. We will not load or unload merchandise. If you wish to bring in large items, we suggest you first send or bring in several photographs so that we can make an appraisal. No merchandise will be accepted into the store without our prior approval.
Lay Away
Our policy is strictly cash and carry. Merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We will hold paid items up to three days in our loading bay for pickup. Storage fees of $10 per day will begin on the fourth day.
Shipping
The only items we regularly ship are Sid Dickens Memory Blocks. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service. We will ship internationally to certain countries, but you are responsible for all customs, taxes and duties if any.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a strict no return no exchange policy. If you wish to return an item we will take it on consignment after a 30 day waiting period, providing it is in the same condition as sold.
Sid Dickens Memory Tiles
We maintain a conditional guarantee. If the tile is in original condition, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price at any time. You must present your original receipt.
Shipping Errors & Damages
Please call 251-990-3226 or email sales@LukeEdward.com before the end of the next business day after arrival to report an error or damage. Please have all necessary information regarding the order, and a description of the error or damage. We will help you with the next steps for a return or exchange.
SALES TAX
Alabama State Sales Tax of 4% will be applied to any order delivered within the state of Alabama.
